The code system is perfect and works like a charm. Zero trouble

I did not like the surprise that there was no elevator it was on a third floor and the stairs were very small. I had a lot of problems bringing my luggege into the room. Same problem going down. Also there was no cleaning from the owners during my stay.

The location is very good. we loved the ambient noise from the restaurant below and the sounds of the square and the close proximity to everything in the old town. The property is kept clean and bathroom has extra things like shower gel and hand wash.

The mattress was so bad, we didn't sleep well at all and we feel this is a major part of a restful week away from work. The other reviews clearly state that the bed is sunken. The property owner was very responsive and got a mattress from another room, however it was the same quality and sadly didn't change our experience. We took all the cushions and extra pillow and placed them under the mattress which helped a bit. We were given one pillow each, so we requested an extra pillow and we felt that pillow protectors should be standard, so asked for these as well. The metal stairs mean that you can hear when anyone else is coming or going in the apartment block. The 'Loft' name of property led me to believe we would be at the top and not have to experience the sound of people walking about, but we could hear a lot of things from the room above including when they went to the toilet. It's not a major aspect but we had no idea how to enter the property, all we needed was an email/text to explain that they send you a code just before the entry time.

The room was in the quietest square in the old part of town so it was easy to sleep at night. It is right above an amazing restaurant that serves many kinds of paella and other rice dishes.

The bed was somewhat sunken in the middle.

(1) Easy & quick check-in and entry to the property with fully electronic keys. (2) Central location very close to all city center attractions and restaurants, bars, shops, etc. (3) Cozy room with little balcony allowing outdoor eating/drinking for two. Free snacks/drinks provided. (4) Dedicated free wifi worked perfectly. (5) Very clean room.

(1) No parking at location (closest paid parking 700m from property). (2) Queen size mattress rather uncomfortable... apparently every much used and sagging in the center. (3) Host was kind, but unresponsive until the day of check-in (was attempting to get early-on info on parking options) ...evidently all managed remotely electonically so little or no interaction with the host if not for check-in/check-out. (4) Very noisy early in the morning due to nearby heavy construction work (October 2024), but not the host's fault and hopefully only temporary.

Keypad entry was so easy, nice to not have to worry about a physical key. Snacks and bottled water was provided which was very nice! Lovely neighbourhood with lots of fabulous restaurants.

Narrow staircase access, not an issue for us but could be for others.
