1 Bedroom apartment in Sliema, Malta

Perfect location! Walking distance from everywhere, market just outside, beach 3min, bus stop 2min, restaurants and bars around... very comfortable, well equipped, excellent WiFi, easy check-in, kind host always available. Reccommendation for all, individuals, couples and families with one or even two smaller kids.

The apartment is very cozy, comfortable and in an ideal location. It lacks practically nothing!

The location is just great! It takes a minute or two to get to the apartment from a bus stop and promenade. A nice shop is just on the ground floor under the flat so you can get anything you need without a need of walking a lot (a lot of alternative shops nearby). The place is well-equipped so you can prepare meals without any problems. The apartment is located on a quiet street, however you should consider using earplugs anyway. You can easily self check in and check out. The host is responsive and communicative.

The flat generally clean but sometimes furniture seems to be used and it may give you an impression it is dirty. Someone has already mentioned a mattress. For me it was not a big issue, however you can definitely feel it sagging.

This small apartment made my stay in Malta amazing. Super cozy, comfortable, and everything that we need, we found here. Clean, beautiful location. Publicly huge thanks goes for Dejan. He was so helpful.

I didn’t want to book an apartment with no reviews but I’m so glad I did! The apartment is in a brilliant location, only a two-minute walk to the promenade and a lovely rocky beach (Torri Beach) with an outside gym. It was so good to be able to go down every morning for a swim, run, gym, yoga and meditation (whatever floats your boat!). But before, how about a cup of coffee or tea (both provided) on the small enclosed balcony with sea-view?! Brilliant! The apartment has basic kitchen equipment, which was perfect for us. We made breakfast every morning (omelette etc) but you could cook proper meals as well as there is a hob and oven (there’s also a kettle but no toaster, coffee maker or microwave). The bathroom has a washing machine (detergent and fabric softener provided), which is very useful, a hair dryer is also provided. There’s a pull-out sofa in the lounge, which is comfortable. We’ve received clear instructions to get into the property and the apartment was very easy to find - right above the convenience shop which was handy as it’s not advisable to drink the water from the tap in Malta. There is also another (nicer) shop in the corner called Meats & Eats. There are plenty of places to eat and drink on the promenade and by a few minutes’ walk - as you get closer to Paceville - there are plenty of nice restaurants, bars and shops. Also a lot of brunch options in the morning. We hired a scooter to get around, which is highly recommended, cars get stuck in bad traffic all the time.

Nothing I disliked but a few things I noticed: - two rolls of toilet paper for two people for 5 nights - not really an issue though with the shop being downstairs, - some of the facilities could do with updating - the shower screen doesn’t close properly and comes off the hinges all the time, a bath mat would also be nice, we had to sacrifice a towel, - a toaster and chopping board would be handy and also a few sharper knives that are not broken, - I’m writing a long, detailed review because I thought the property description on here is a bit vague, - a bedsheet was provided for the night but in November nights can be cooler… there was a duvet but only a small size, perhaps another one could be provided. There are small things only and really didn’t matter too much. Another recommendation for light sleepers: the apartment is on a quiet street but it can still be noisy due to the windows, bring earplugs!
