Centru istoric,curat,dotat cu absolut tot ce ai nevoie .Este un loc perfect pentru orice .Personal amabil.Terase foarte aproape,târg în piaza din față 2 zile pe săptămână doar dimineața și în rest este liniște Paturi confortabile,lenjerie albă impecabilă.

Pentru cei cu mașini, este ZTL

This place is amazing!!! Located close to everything you would want in Vicenza. Caffès, Bars, restaurants. Train And bus station. Parking garage nearby if you have a car. Historical sites all around. The apartment is clean and beautiful, neat little entry way that keeps you separated from the outside. I will definitely stay here again.

There were only one set of towels for us to use, it would have been nice to have another set.

it was clean but also barren

The Host communicates in a very bossy, aggressive manner. I actually have no idea who the host really is - it felt like various employees in an office are communicating via the email. The Host constantly emailed me about confirming my exact arrival time. There is no key box - a lady has to meet you there to check you in and she does not speak English. The whole set up feels like a company is running the program, not a person and the building is for sale - it felt empty. The Host told me multiple times that I had to remove the trash before leaving, and this morning it was pouring rain and I could not get to the giant city bins across the square so I had to leave a small bag of trash, which I explained to the host. He/she did not care. The Host overcharged me (by double) for the city tax. I told the check in lady upon check in that we were 2 people not 4, but she insisted I pay city tax for 4 people. There was no hair dryer and the heat did not work.
