Modern comfort-2BR haven mins to NYC

Suffisamment grand pour une famille de 5. Bien situé a 40 min de Times Square mais il faut penser a payer systématiquement entre 4 et 7 euros par jour pour les transports en commun via le transit de New Jessica pour aller a New York. Quartier sympa.

Le check-out très tot a 10h. Avec possibilité de rallonger uniquement en payant un supplément onéreux par heure. Difficulté pour dormir car beaucoup de bruit dans la rue et de lumière via les fenêtres. Une très mauvaise isolation des fenêtres. Manque quelques éléments de cuisine comme un ouvre boîte, du thé, café et autres que l'on retrouve dans tous les appartements de nos jours.

Very good location and multiple places to eat. Detroit style pizza at Low Fi is pretty good

Just a bit uncomfortable that they came to put the AC as soon as we checked in (we checked in at 5pm)

Likes: great communication with management, easy check in, walkable to most areas. Nice modern kitchen Suggestions: simple and inexpensive improvements include: hooks for towels in bathroom, providing more than two spoons and one bowl for kitchen, replacing futon (impossible to realistically sleep on) Clean or replace blinds. No kitchen staples provided except salt and pepper. We left some coffee and sugar behind for the next guests. Things to include on listing: significant road noise from the bedrooms. This is out of the management's control, but should be noted on listing. I slept on the futon due to the noise, which was very uncomfortable. No elevator, which was ok for us. But if guests have mobility issues, dragging a suitcase on the staircase will be challenging. All of these issues would be understandable if it was financially reflected. But we paid a lot of money for a very basic accommodation.

Perfect for the family together easy to get manhathan by uber or public transport.

Actually everything was perfect. Markets really close, comfy and cheaper than NYC.
