Dichtbij de binnenstad

Douche te donker, zitgelegenheid binnen onvoldoende , tuin niet bruikbaar,( meubels waren niet zichtbaar en zeer onaantrekkelijk ) Keuken kwam niet schoon over, trap was niet aangenaam.
