It was beautiful, a quiet area without any problems and on this path Thank you very much for hosting even if there were small things that we didn't like We got over it Thank you very much for everything. RESPECT💖💖💖

I didn't like it because we were informed shortly before leaving on vacation that we didn't have towels and linen and this thing bothered me and the fact that we as guests have to do what he should do as the owner to fill the water bottles is his duty in my opinion because we as guests don't know how to do these things

Cold and Uncomfortable Stay and don't waste your money– Not enough Heating,offered only a portable electric heater for the entire caravan and no Hot Water either.No help from owner.Not worth it all. Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ We booked a stay at [24 Headwards caravan Retreat,Hemsby] hoping for a relaxing getaway, but unfortunately, it was far from it. The biggest issue was that there was no working heating ( only one small portable electric heater for whole caravan) and NO HOT WATER 🌊 throughout our stay.Only one electric heater for the whole caravan.The place was freezing and we contacted the owner/responsible person and he said due to company taking over to new company they have advised only to keep one heater.There is no information about this on description of the caravan and raised my concern to the owner and he is not bothered to reply.I have contacted booking.com and informed about this and they said will inform the owner and try to get extra portable heater.I asked if I buy myself and used in the property and they replay was from the owner the electric meter will trip off and It is not safe.( How can you stay there) Health and safety issues????? .The owner of the caravan States that one portable heater is more than enough to warm up the entire caravan????😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️😶‍🌫️😱😱😱 We checked in the evening and tried to stay up until 11 and things got worse my kids started getting fever and pain in the ear I have contacted the booking.com and were informed about this because there was no reply from owner from my last message.They said as soon as the owner back to them they will reply me. I waited till 1 am in the morning and my kids had a fever,even though there was no hot water for wash and I contacted the booking.com to inform them I am vacating the caravan as it is not safe in there and I have to take my kids in hospital and unfortunately my son was admitted in the hospital with ear infection due to sudden cold.

The caravan site was quiet and out of the hustle and bustle which was nice, but there was a bar, arcade, shop and a lovely cafe all within a 2 minute walk from it. The van itself had some lovely homely touches to it and it was nice to have the wifi and the tv with netfilx etc on for the children. The price was excellent, but you get what you pay for.

The caravan is very 80s, no water mains on the site, so it was filtered from a water butt and you literally toileted in a camping bucket which you had to empty yourself in an absolutely disgusting waste toilet, which luckily for us was right opposite the van so we didn't have to carry our poop too far away. You also had to empty any shower or washing up water in the same way. The doors to the caravan were broken and we had to put a sheet up over them at night because the wind blew through it rhrough the gaps when it was closed, and attention to detail in cleanliness wasn't great either, with sweet wrappers and food leftovers under the sofa cushions. The beds never came made up either so we had to pack extra bags for bedding, whereas most places you can pay a supplement of £25 to have beds made and i think there is scope to add this service because it's so cheap. The shower block and toilet block were very outdated and the floors weren't clean. The access to the beach was closed off so it was quite a walk to the beach as well which was disappointing

It’s a caravan so you don’t have a toilet, I don’t like having to empty the small water container twice a day. The water smelt like sewage or something similar, every time I went past the sink or bathroom I could smell it. WiFi was pretty bad, couldn’t even connect it to our phones, so slow. Big yellow stains in the main bedroom right about our heads. Finding info about the place was difficult too as I could’ve view any of the details about the property on booking.com or the app. I was told to look at the add instead, which I couldn’t find.

There was no breakfast the location was ok

Empty the water waste, no toilet was not working and no drinking water , was not clean properly
