Clean and sufficient for my family of 6 All rooms got aircond n water heater function well Microwave ✅ electric stove ✅ washing machine ✅ iron ✅ hairdryer ✅

Not provide clothes drying rack The lift is always busy at all times, waiting time is long even already has 4 lifts The track to parking lot is challenging, spiral all the way to level 10, dizzy!

although it has several access card. there is only 1 key to the main door which cause many inconveniences when the group has different plans and schedules.

very confusing and request deposit which not being mention earlier. Mention will return only 24 hrs which I dont think is justify. When request money u want fast but when we checked out at 7.30 am yesterday, until now 9.13 am 16/06 I still yet to receive my deposit 300.00

below expectation for this value of money

Nice view and good wifi

No washing machine and water dispenser

only got good shower and nice internet

got charlie ant/roove bettle i got stung so hard with a lot of it

facilities top notch except for the lift, take some time to get downstairs because we need to wait. but other than that, everthing was smooth!

Reception ignored messages for 10 plus minutes, call no answer, bad attitude, refuse to waive even though it’s their fault for not being able to be contacted
