Room 111 ac didn’t work only the fan did. Also the TV had no signal, the room smells bad. Idk if it’s because they allow pets or smoking but the over spray to cover up the smell was still lingering, which made it worse because the fan was blowing hot air in the room… also this hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but I have a full breakfast bar/kitchen. Idk I won’t book ever again

Had to switch rooms 3 times. A/C didn't work. TVs didn't work as work. Need my money back

No amenities, outside of the front desk. Service is non existent. Housekeeping will steal if they actually attend to your room. Front desk will make note of your request, it just won’t be followed through. The towels and bedding is worn and dated. Plug in more than two things and you’ll blow a fuse.

Housekeeping staff. Old towels that are hard and abrasive.

No elevators

The slide door didn’t lock and had no screen. They still haven’t returned my damage deposit 4 days later

Put damage deposit back as soon as possible

Really wish the hotel honored the free breakfast , wish the fitness area was really up to par … but it’s was a temporary stay so I’m glad they accommodated in ways that worked out for me.
