No breakfast! Smell of urine, Smell of drugs, filthy carpets, Burns and holes in the walls, Sliding doors nailed shut, Dirty stained furniture, phn don't work in rooms, Dirty non working pool, Bad behaviors in and around the building, dog poop in hallways, Never answer the phone at front desk, slamming doors & loud talking all night long, Rude management & staff!!!

We arrived at the lobby a little late (I had called that morning to let them know about the situation, and they said there was no problem with me arriving at 11 PM to check in). There was no one at the front desk to assist us. After approximately 40 minutes, a guy finally attended to us. At this point, we wanted to go somewhere else, but it was quite late and we didn't know the area. After receiving the room key but no receipt for the $100 deposit I had to provide, we were assigned a room on the second floor; there was no elevator, and we had two large luggage. The stairs and hallway reeked of an indescribable odor a mix of marijuana, feces, and cat urine. Right across from our room, there was an ice machine, and inside it, there were feces I don't know if they were human or from an animal but it smelled horrible. I called Booking.com twice to see if I could book a different place and cancel my reservation at this horrible spot, but they did absolutely nothing for me; they only gave me a $10 credit. The room smelled of marijuana, and the whole place looked extremely unsanitary. The bathroom still had hair in the bathtub, and the brown substance visible in the photos which looked like feces—urned out to be a burn mark left by a cigarette. If you have the opportunity to stay somewhere else, do so. At night, we heard children screaming and people fighting; the next morning, we saw many homeless people in the surrounding area. Look for other lodging options this place is a nightmare.
