The host came into our living quarters! We forget a backpack one day and when we ran into the home to retrieve it, the host, which is a large man, was coming out of our apartment. When confronted, he indicated it was his home and he could do whatever he wanted. He was very upset that we left one air conditioner on in the children's room that had a skylight in it and was often 35 degrees in the middle of the day. He told us that he would call the police if we left the air conditioner on, as it was against the law in Italy. After we caught the host in our living area my wife was afraid to stay in the apartment by herself with the children in fear that he would enter. To increase my families fears, the rental apartment did not have its own lock and the shared entrance to the outside was never locked, even after asking for the host to lock it. The home was not non-smoking, the host that lives downstairs smoked all day and the smoke would travel up the stairway in the rental apartment. We were not able to park in the designated parking location as there is a metal gate stop in the middle of the drive that ripped off the muffler to our rental care upon entering the gated parking area, we had to park on the street each night. There is major construction next to the home. One large structure being built in the rear and one in the front, the noise from hammering and sawing starts a 7am. The construction work was not mentioned on the rental home description. This experience was truly awful and upsetting due to the creeping host in our apartment, the smoking in the home, the construction noise and the treats from the host to call the police if we left an air-conditioner on for our baby.

The property is in a great location (about 7-8 mins to the beach, restaurants etc). We loved the beautiful views from the huge, very comfortable terrace. The apartment itself is nicely decorated and well equipped. Riccardo is also a great host, he was proactive with providing recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries etc and was always helpful and fast to respond.

Amazing views, gorgeous apartment with everything in it, loved the kitchen. Lovely and peaceful and not far to walk to the town and beach. Ricardo the owner was so helpful and picked us up from bus stop and even took us to supermarket. I would definitely return to this apartment and it looks like a great place to stay in the winter.

Nothing we didn’t like but maybe a sunlounger or chairs on the other patio.
