Lovely 3 bedroom holiday home in Seton Sand caravan park Wi-Fi Xbox

The caravan was cosy and had a lot of amenities including a well equipped kitchen.

The caravan is only good for a family with two adults and four kids since the two small bedrooms had very small beds that are not very easy to sleep on. You either fall down or hit your hand to the wall.

Sarah was in touch throughout and was very helpful and polite. The place was lovely and clean and had all the stuff e.g. toiletries, crockery etc. Overall experience was comfy and fantastic. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

Beautiful caravan. 30 mins to Edinburgh by car. Beach with shells walking distance. Comfortable beds. Nice decor.

Wi-Fi very very intermittent and weak and therefore spent every night with no tv like old days. Tv wouldn’t work and when we did try it on the occasion it just glitchy and said no service. Had to just play cards. 3 nights of cards. Too cold for kids to play out and everything shut for winter so pretty bored in evenings as too far from anywhere else open. Kids said Xbox needed internet too :/

Lovely caravan and layout and spacious with all equipment you'd need! Comfy beds and very clean. Would recommend and would be great in summer/peak months. Great location and near musselburgh, Portobello and Edinburgh.

Internet and TV didn't work, awful signal so had no TV on our trip. Advertised with Xbox but half the games didn't work. Also no warning in advance that the facilities on site were closed over winter, I had to ask. If we'd known there was nothing open we would have booked a hotel with a swimming pool or softplay for our 4 year old.

After having a reservation canceled by the host 20 minutes before arriving at our destination, we were directed to this accommodation. we were very well received, clean, calm and very organized place.

There is nothing to complain about, just perfect. family atmosphere.

Best idea ever to book a caravan instead of a hotel. Brilliant for a weekend away with 14 year old twins. Caravan Brilliant. Only downside was we couldn't get the WiFi working but this didn't really matter. Would happily go back again. Thanks.
