Location, cleanliness, parking, clear instructions, well equipped

Shower/toilet little bit too small and no curtains. Couldn't get the apartment dark on summer night even though there were blinds.

Well equipped apartment next to the bus/train station.

Only one thing that honestly ruined the whole experience is the list of cleaning requirements for check-out - remove linen, throw trash, etc. I always leave a place in a tidy condition, but I'm against that airbnb manner to expect from the short-stay tenants to do the same as long-term on moved out. Vacation trips are usually really intense and I personally stay out whole day, come to apartment for sleep only and prefer hotels and apartments to be served and save more time and energy to enjoy new place/city. This requirements were inconvenient and twice disappointing, because it didn't list in description and you get this requirements after making "no cancel" booking. Maybe if I knew these conditions before booking it wouldn't be such an unpleasant surprise or I'd book another place.
