Large for Waikiki. Comfy bed. Free covered parking, great location walkable from everything including the beach. Ample space for family of 4.

I loved that we didn't have to rent or buy anything extra for our stay. the apartment was very clean and pretty, the huge balcony was an unexpected bonus, there was everything needed for beach . everything was organized with care for clients comfort and it was felt and we noticed it throughout our stay in small things. The location was great too. Oh and pretty good coffee machine and delicious coffee,it was an important thing for everyone in our group. We would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

The funny details was just bugging me personally is the side the refrigerator was opening from but it's not a big deal

It's very close to the beach, which was a big deal to our kids. Lots of toys and beach accessories in the bin on the patio. The patio is spacious, so there is room for people to hang out or play when needing a break from the beach. Laundry in the unit was great since we had little kids with us.

the condo had all the essentials and more, including a huge balcony outside that provided an extension as well. parking was also very convenient inside the adjacent garage. the location was perfect and a quick walk the beach or downtown area.

The elevators are not great.

There were appliances like a coffee machine, air fryer and new mirror in the bathroom which was good. Having a dryer and washing machine was a good perk as we had been travelling for a long time.

The room was advertised with hotel amenities available for use. To our disappointment and anger, half of the pool area is closed for renovations, including the kiosk and bathrooms (as depicted in the pictures sent). At no time, were we advised of the ongoing works at the hotel - this is 100% a failure of the owner and a responsibility that was not undertaken by her. Further, the pictures used to advertise the room, show a completely different pool area, than what is actually true. This is false and fraudulent advertising. We (as a couple and family) are experienced travellers, and understand that there will always be small differences between photos and reality. What was advertised, and what is reality, are complete opposites. The pool area is a concrete jungle, all greenery has been removed or dead, there are no functioning bathrooms, no kiosk - it can only be described as a prison exercise yard. If this had been communicated to us by the owner, as she is obligated to do so, we would have not continued with our booking. We have been completely mislead. The room was not clean…, indicated by excessive hair left in the beds, smelly and unhygienic doonas (with no covers),bugs dirty floors and old shoes left behind. We dispute the owners suggestion that it was clean; it was not. Further, (as mentioned previously) we are experienced travellers as a couple and family… I would strongly suggest further investigation be undertaken in to the 9.8 rating for this accommodation.In my opinion, I have serious concerns with this excessively high rating, given our first hand experience in this room and hotel. We are very disappointed and upset with the experience from this booking; we hope we can reach a reasonable settlement in the very near future.We have also just found out that the owner is able to record and notify when we enter and exit the property. This is extremely unsettling given that there is no safe to lock personal items and there is no way to secure our belongings.
