Suffolk Cosy Corner with free parking, 10min walking to town centre

- a pleasant and comfy studio flat - clean - has all the stuff you might need (iron, washing machine (no dryer but a washing line), a desk table, milk in the fridge, toaster, oven, good WiFi, etc. - Free parking

- nothing. Flat is round the side of the house at the back, so sort of share the back garden, but this wasn’t an issue as there is sufficient privacy and left alone by host (who had provided contact details via email if needed).

Maribel and her husband were super helpful and quick to answer any questions. The studio was absolutely spotless and had everything you needed. I will definitely return!

Excellent and helpful hostes

It would have been helpful to have printed guides for many of the facilities. The hob was unusual as it had a lock and the internet was troublesome both of which the hosts promptly sorted. Later we found the TV unusual and could not work it out so didn’t watch it and the shower function was not one we had encountered before so took a little time to work out. This seems a new unit so look like teething problems and this gives me the opportunity to give feedback to the hosts. For clients looking to book it shouldn’t put them off as the hosts are on site and so pleasant and willing to give instant help.

Everything was lovely and very new clean and tidy

It had a very comfortable bed and a good washing machine. The room was very clean and tidy, and well equipped. The parking was very convenient. The outside area to sit was great.

The unnecessary bookshelf made it difficult to access the bed. The lounge/bench was very small and very uncomfortable. The TV is too low and you can't see it from the bed, so there is no option but to sit on the bench. Very small bathroom.

It was all fine and cosy

Everything that you needed and spotless. It was perfect for an overnight stay .
