Nice hot shower

Big cockroach when opened a cupboard. Charged more than quoted as the room we booked had no electricity (the story they seem to tell everyone when they arrive as we got told it twice, the 1st time they got the wrong people!) Loads of building going on so loud and bad view. Have to pay extra for use of the pool even though I asked and the people at 'check in' said we didnt
