Not enough powerpoints, wifi was terrible, provided tv box but license for box has expired hence no tv time at all, sewer stench in the whole apartment on and off and worst of all had to kill small roaches in the apartment ..found 2 in the toilet and 1 at the kitchen.

Family with children will enjoy the stay here. Questions are answered immediately and swiftly.

The experience

The property was not clean, especially the washroom. We also experienced issues with the stove and water dispenser. Although we requested assistance, the staff only attended to the problems the following day, just before our checkout. Another major concern was the lift service. The lifts were extremely slow, and at one point we waited nearly 45 minutes without being able to get in. Eventually, we had to use the stairs instead. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.
