Room in citrus park and carollwood, close to the airport & downtown

The value was good. The location was good - 20 minutes to Raymond James Stadium.

It was 85 degrees and 85% humidity in the house when I arrived. I asked the hostess (the only time I saw her) if she could turn on the air. She did, but only after telling me she was comfortable as it was. My bedroom was clean (except for the dust on the floor trim in the bathroom) but the rest of the house was in disarray.

Calm location, good communication with the host.

The room was very cold because it just got cold outside day before. It was nice respective to the price, but not perfect.

Quiet and spacious, I felt like I had the house to myself.

Very uncomfortable bed, and stains on pillow outside the rooms the house is quite messy should be cleaner because it’s the first thing a customer sees.

Host is very sweet, she does everything she can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. You have a big kitchen you can use, the living area is very generous. I did prep my meal for the day in the kitchen, just made sure to clean up afterwards. There is a big pool in the backyard, some chairs and a table too for enjoying the evening outside. The bedroom is not huge, but it is enough and the bed is comfortable and seemed clean. Even though the place is close to an airport, the planes were not audible during the our stay.

The house was a little messy and floor a bit dusty.
