King Bed Mermaid suite - heart of Palm Beach, free parking included

Great newly renovated room, beautiful wallpaper and furniture, WiFi was good - host had Owner network and Guest network- if you need super fast one just ask for Owner network pass. Tv has many channels and free Netflix and Hulu which is a bonus.

Poor quality of room, needs refurbishment. AC very noisy and too close to headend.

The parking was very convenient with this property. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. location was perfect as it’s near the beach and at night a quiet area yet close to worth Avenue for shopping and a short drive from downtown west palm beach. I love the outside court area. very relaxing.

the building is a bit out dated in some aspects however it is cozy and holds its palm beach charm.

The location of this studio is great, it is 10 min walk from the beach, it is close to restaurants and a grocery store. The valet parking is a plus since parking is challenging at times on Palm Beach. The checkin and out is quick and the building security is good. As for the room, we appreciated the small refrigerator, the small Kuerig, the sink and some cups and silverware.

Bottom line, the room is uncomfortable and we had a tough time sleeping. The window A/C made the room cold and damp/almost wet. Since the A/C is right above the bed, it was impossible to sleep with it on as it is noisy and blowing right on you. It needs to be serviced since the humidity in the room was awful, and the little de-humidifier couldn't keep up. There also is no place to put a small suitcase and no dresser or drawers for clothes. If you are staying more than one night, this is problem. The closet is small but did have some hangers, ,but most summer clothing doesn't need a hanger. The room seems unfinished, mirror in bath is not hung, shower seems unfinished but useable. There are only 2 hooks in the room so if you go to the beach you have nowhere to hang towels. We discovered week old?onion rings and sauce in the microwave when we opened it to use. Maybe servicing the A/C, re-arranging the bed to the other side would help, and clearing off the fake books and cat curios to free up the wicker shelf unit would work as a dresser. just some thoughts,
