No information was giving about room key. I went to the property desk and they said I had to contact booking.com. I ended up contacting the property and they then sent me the information to enter the room.

I would not recommend booking.com or this rental property to anyone they advertised a property had a hot tube in the room and there was no hot tub. I sent them proof of it listing hot tube and proof of it taking down the next morning after I complained of no hot tub being in the room. I also sent proof where I did not stay at the property because they falsely advertise a hot tub. In addition to sending the information to Booking.com I also contacted the property the property they advised me it was Booking.com’s fault and they would not refund my money. When I contacted Booking.com back they place blame on the property coast line beach rentals. I spoke with Booking.com and the property Coastlinebeachrental.com at the same time where they both blame one another for the error. The property coast line Beach rentals refuse to issue any refund. Booking.com offer a 20% refund leaving me out of $310.52 because I refused to take 20% for something that was falsely advertise. I don’t know anyone that has money just to give away the whole experience has caused me great stress. I did not stay at the property due to false advertising of hot being in the room. Also it is not a penthouse. It is a one bedroom with a living room oceanfront room.
