We liked the prompt response to any issues we raised. It was great customer service.

There were no sugar, tea bags, or coffee pods. U had great kitchen utensils and equipment but a bottle of milk and some Tea bags and sugar would be nice specially at arrival as when we reached we had to go out to get these things after a 10 hour drive. A fan at the property will get u a 10/10. Trust me, London is warm

It's a lovely,modern and spacious house.

The size of the sofa :) It's definitely to small for 3 bed house and we just have to seat on the floor around it to watch tv in the evening.

Heating was not working upon arrival, it was very cold on the first day of arrival and someone only came to fix it at 11:30 pm! Check-in unexpectedly late, check-out unexpectedly early even property title states they allow otherwise. House had quite a few issues and we were in constant communication with the keeper which was not allowing us to enjoy the stay. Small amenities like coat and towel hangers, kitchen drawer arrangements and others are missing. You could see dirty walls everywhere.

Everything was beyond perfect! We are a family of 6, the place was clean, well equipped and well organized. All the amenities were in perfect condition. The host was well responsive.

We didnt get to stay long enough!

The house was very clean and cosy.

The kitchen needs extra equipment.....there were not enough glasses and only 1 fork.
