La Tenuta Italiana Hotel by Silene Resort & SPA

The staff were kind and friendly, the nature is great and the breakfast was good, too.

I rarely write negative reviews, but this was one of the worst stays I’ve had, especially for a 4-star hotel. After upgrading, I wasn’t given clear directions and ended up driving to the wrong location before finding the right villa 15 minutes away. At the Puķu villa, the artificial bathroom scent was overpowering, mirrors were hung oddly high, and the TV had no internet - the maintenance guy offered to connect my mobile network and use my google account. The bathwater turned cold halfway through, and when I finally tried the jacuzzi, black mould flakes came out of the pipes — absolutely disgusting and now i'm worried for my health. Reception was kind and apologetic, offering prosecco and chocolates, but that didn’t make up for such an experience. The mini zoo area was also upsetting — one alpaca looked unwell and there was a dead rabbit near the goat pen. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Die Gegend ist einfach bezaubernd! Der Wald, der See und die Ruhe: einfach wunderschön! Sehr nettes Perdonal, sehr freundlich und vorkommend. Das Frühstück ist einfach klasse und mit dem Essen waren wir auch sehr zufrieden. Würden gerne nächstes Mal länger bleiben !

Das Badezimmer war leider nicht so gut gepflegt, wurde bestimmt lange nicht mehr renoviert. Für alle Aktivitäten muss man auch extra bezahlen, und nicht wenig...aber das Baden im See war schon kostenlos)))

Viesnīca ar siltu itālisku noskaņu. Numurs plašs un ērts, no loga redzams gleznains dīķis, dušas telpa pārdomāta un komfortabla. Brokastis – lieliskas! Izsmalcināta vīna studija ar lielisku atmosfēru un neaizmirstamām degustācijām.

Ļoti augsts līmenis.

La pulizia di camera e bagno e la dotazione di arredi e corredi (complimenti per il doccino a lato del vaso in luogo del bidet, attenzione pressoché unica in Europa).

Posizione molto decentrata, orari insufficienti per la colazione (servita solo dalle 9.00 la domenica: siamo dovuti partire a stomaco vuoto...), rumorosità tra le stanze probabilmente causata dalle strutture datate, materasso un po' duro.
