Flatguest Las Canteras Beach 10 + Wifi + 5 Pax

Solo la ubicación esta muy bien pero solo el detalle de las tuallas y sábanas mal olor

Los paños estaban sucios y tenían mal olor al igual las sábanas y almohadas… recomiendo cambiar

El piso muy limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La ubicación muy buena al lado del paseo marítimo, parques infantiles, supermercados, farmacias, restaurantes…

El lavabo y la ducha estaban atascados. Hicimos varias preguntas antes de la llegada a la dueña y no nos respondió, ni a mensajes ni a llamadas… así mismo le avisamos del atasco y tampoco nos respondió

Ubicación, muy amplio. Nos gustó mucho que hubiera máquina de café, cápsulas y una sombrilla para la playa

El termo eléctrico tiene muy poca capacidad para 5 personas ( 50 litros ) sobre todo si son chicas, pasamos frío… deberían de poner más mantas en las habitaciones. Algo impuntual para la recogida de llaves y difícultad para contactar con ellos

De douche is nog steeds lek en kan niet opgehangen. Ik lees dit meer dan een jaar geleden ook al, op berichtjes hierover wordt niet gereageerd.

L’appartamento è gigantesco e ognuno può avere i suoi spazi. Comodissima la posizione perché vicino al mare e a tutto ciò che serve!

Rete wi-fi un po’ traballante e visto che lavoriamo online, era difficile lavorare da casa.

Excellent location, three bedrooms, clean. Very close to a good grocery store.

The bathroom wasn’t very good - very low water pressure, after showering the floor was wet and overall too humid and due this there were some electricity problems. Too little kitchen ware and No wine glasses. No parking.

The kitchen was well equipped. I liked that there was a dishwasher and washing machine. The sitting room was big enough although there are only 4 chairs at the dinner table but the apartment hosts up to 5. Lot of wardrobe spaces.

The pre-check in requirement which is not mentioned at all on booking.com. We had to provide a copy of all of our passports and address etc. to the company. You find this out after you pay for the property and they can cancel your booking if you don't complete this in time (has to be done by 24 hours before arrival). I filled out my form well ahead of time and did ask for a confirmation email but they only replied to my Whatsapp msg the day after when I followed up. We had no issues at all but this was a stress factor that is not associated with other properties (this was my 4th trip to GC in the last 3 years). About the flat: The beds are smaller than a standard double bed. The provided bedsheets are very thin and only one per bed - we were there in March and would have preferred to have more than one spare blanket. The WiFi disconnects every 10-15mins. The beach is 200m away but it's rocky and cannot swim there, the swimming beach is 1.5km away. Taxis are very cheap, less than 5eu but it's still information I would have liked to know ahead. The shower does leak a little bit.

the apartment is the best we stayed in so far in terms of quality and location. absolutely perfect in all aspects. very well-equipped and cozy.

the communication with the host was disappointing - they replied very slow and could not provide baby crib (during 4 weeks), a vacuum cleaner or arrange an interim cleaning/change of towels/bed sheets during the entire 4 weeks of stay. There was an issue with water in the shower going away very slow which caused flooding on the floor in the bathroom everytime the shower was used - the issue was not addressed during our stay.
