Stylish City-Center Apt 2 Bdrms

Property was clean and pure.Neighbourhood was excellent and peaceful. To host was really professional and friendly. She helped with every situation what came.

It’s not a negative but I didn’t realise how low the headroom was where the bed is but still very cozy and slept well

Amazing property, good location

Provided photos do not convey how steep and in the case of entry stairs uneven the stairs are. At no point were you alerted to the fact that you can’t actually stand up in the so-called bedroom which is a mezzanine ( sort of hanging over the living room), with very low rails surrounding it. Very unsafe especially for children. I would estimate the height of “the bedroom “ was probably not more than 110cm( 3-4 feet), which is why there wasn’t an actual bed but just a mattress on the floor. In case of a fire it would have been extremely dangerous to escape. My husband was forced to sleep on couch in living room therefore. Also , you only manage to get into the shower if you are very slim or the door won’t shut. All it would have needed is for it to open outwards and not inwards ( no common sense applied). All kitchen appliances/ crockery etc were of a very poor quality ( and therefore probably will have to be replaced soon), the bottle opener only just managed to open bottle . A bottle of water on arrival would have been appreciated. Noise levels very high, coming from above apartment - walls must be so thin - you can hear absolutely everything ( so if I can hear them, they can hear me)

There was a bad smell, I'm guessing from the drains which may put some people off, if you don't like the smell of air fresheners (which were in ample supply).

The property is beautiful, in the best part of Alicante , stunning views , super comfortable, we could have moved in forever. Hosts are so helpful and we cannot wait to come back .

A reay nice place at a wonderful location! It is great for a short weekend and for fit people (due to the amount of stairs 😊).

Location is close to the castle. Extra bedsheets was given for the sofa bed. A welcome drink was provided.

It was difficult to open the main door due to the locks. The toilet door was also difficult to slide open as the floor is inclined. Part of the paintings at the toilet wall is torn & there was a strange smell on the towels.
