USWe spent the weekend at Paradise Ranch and absolutely loved it. We stayed in the Lucky Tent, it was spotless inside, with hotel-quality bedding and towels. The property is huge, and the tents are spaced far enough apart to give plenty of privacy. There’s a gym, sauna, kitchens, clean showers and restrooms with no lines, plus a beautiful mountain river running through the grounds with a well-made access point for swimming or just relaxing by the water. Overall, it’s the perfect mix of comfort and wilderness, you can cook dinner and enjoy all the essentials of a civilized stay, while still feeling like a pioneer fully immersed in nature. Just keep in mind, the road up to the glamping itself is an adventure of its own, safe, but definitely for drivers who enjoy a bit of wild fun.
USThis is one of the most special properties I have seen in California. I will be back as soon as I can. So incredibly thoughtful and designed down to the smallest consideration.
USThe South Fork Kaweah River inside the property is stunning, with plenty of photo-worthy spots to connect with nature.
Paradise Ranch Inn is tucked deep in the mountains—about a 45-minute drive from the highway on a winding road. No cell signal, so download the welcome pack for Wi-Fi access—it’s your only way to stay in touch. Check-in is fully self-service not good for inexperience campers and summer heat made the tent uncomfortably warm (80s°F); portable AC would make a big difference. More “convenient camping” than true luxury camping. Be sure to prepare your own safety measures—you’re in a remote area with limited resources.
USThe Ranch Inn was about 12 miles from Blossom Drive. The pavement road was done halfway through the journey to the ranch. Upon arrival to the ranch, no one was there to greet you. Beware it is a self-service inn. Hence, you have to read the instructional packet that comes with the booking. We rented one of the Glamping tents. It was equipped with a light mist fan that does not have a mist, a charging station, and a chargeable portable lantern. The bed was very comfortable. The ranch was equipped with starlink, a gym, and a spa. You can definitely cook your food. Be sure to check out the south fork river, but beware if you come in summer, the temperature can run to 100++. Overall, the place was beautiful. If you are a nature lover and with a thirst for adventure. This is the place to be. We just find the price on the high side, considering that it was a self-service..
Our tent was the farthest from the rest. We have to go to a 2 shared bathroom in the middle of the night to do our business. However, the bathroom was nice, secured, and equipped with toiletries.
USThe river.
The dusty and uneven trail going to the tents and with added rugged, rocky trail going to the kitchen which was somewhat a little dangerous to navigate.
