Rollestone New Forest (HOT TUB)

I loved the decor, modern and beautiful. The layout was lovely and every room was spacious it was hard to choose which room was the nicest. Under floor heating was a treat and made the house so cozy.

Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. It is like a home from home but better. Everything you need is provided. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house is spotlessly clean. The location is perfect and the view is beautiful.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay longer 😀

Great communication beforehand and throughout the stay. The toaster had been broken before we arrived so a new one had been immediately ordered and was delivered on our arrival day. Beds are comfortable, the house was clean, a hot tub to use with no timing restrictions and a beautiful view.

There is some construction work being done at the property which we hadn’t been advised about beforehand. Whilst they weren’t working on it during our stay, and it didn’t affect the view out over the fields, a section of the garden is cordoned off so you have less space and it doesn’t look very pretty from the dining area window. The fridge was also not working properly during our stay with ice covering the back of it and it froze our food even on the lowest setting! But I reported it on our departure and apparently maintenance were instructed to look at it (again, very efficient property management)

Toaster not functioning properly Hot tub cover degraded/damaged and head support misplaced Refuge/bin recycling instructions lacking and more internal bins for kitchen Warning re narrow tight turn access would be appreciated Unaware of building work at end of house, not very pleasant to look at

Beautiful light bright home. Very asy to get to. 15 mins from M27. 10 mins to forest. Big hot tub. 2 living areas. Good utility room. Good local pub within walking distance.

Hot tub not hot enough to use first evening. A huge disappointment when only staying 2 nights. Not enough chairs to sit together around dining table or in main sitting room. We are to old to sit on floor!! Downstairs toilet kept running
