Poor locks on terrace doors
GBGBLoved the apartment had everything we needed and great location too. Very tastefully decorated and furnished and check in and parking was trouble free.
GBThere was an issue with the shower, the water outlet was blocking which made showering in short bursts necessary. And the balcony door lock wasn't working. However the host after being informed immediately responded and assured the issues would be resolved.
GBGreat location for us as we were attending the film festival. Having the lift for my parents was excellent. It's a great space and a really good kitchen. Very comfortable.

AUExcellent location, parking included for our chosen suite (bonus) and very secure building. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE and the apartment was modern, clean and spacious. We wished we had more time here and to explore York.

No terrestrial television programmes! Couldn't work out how to get hot water from the kitchen tap!
