"Family of 4"

Large apartment with plenty of space, quiet area, comfy beds.

Sofa was quite uncomfortable and the hallway outside the apartment door smelt very strange. Arrangement for parking within the large car park outside the building would have been good.

"Small family from oxfordshire."

The quite large rooms. Comfortable bedrooms. About a 15 minute walk to shopping and entertainment. A short walk to a little local shop. A nice church a little way past that shop. And I loved the fact we were staying in a former Victorian primary school.

It was a little hard going when walking as it is a hilly location . But I managed quite well. Also we would liked to have got normal viewing on the tele. Otherwise fine. Not a place if you have mobility problems.

"Perfect city centre stay"

The apartment had everything you need for a self catering holiday, even down to kitchen utensils and washing up liquid and sponge etc. The apartment warmed up quickly even during extremely cold days. It was nicely presented, clean and comfortable. There were always parking spaces outside of the permit holders car park and it was only 15/20 minute walk to the city centre and brilliant location to connect to all of Swansea, the Mumbles and the Gower. I would happily stay there again. Thank you 🙂

There are two shower heads, one that is normal shower rose and then the overhead rain type shower. The overhead shower went cold within a few minutes which resulted in a cold shower so only used the normal shower rose for rest of the week which was fine. Don't let this put you off the apartment as it was a minor issue.

"A well equipped, spacious & light filled apartment with a great host."

Lots of space Well equipped Lovely sunshine filled rooms Wonderful shower The location close to the waterfront and city centre Lovely host

There is scaffolding on the building which may come as a surprise but once in the building the apartment is fine. Parking on the street is on a first come basis for those without an allotted place.
