YamaLuxe Apartments - Between The Lakes - close to Iulius Mall

Totul a fost perfect, am primit indicații clare din partea gazdei împreună cu fotografii explicite despre accesul în parcare, respectiv accesul apartamentului. Am găsit apartamentul cald, curățenie și tot ceea ce era descris a corespuns cu realitatea. Apartamentul este foarte aproape de Iulius Mall(la 5 minute de mers pe jos). Vom revenii cu siguranță la această locație.

Ar fi fost bine dacă era un esspresor în capsule se poate și unul ieftin.

On the positive side, the owner gave very clear instructions on how to get there and sent photos showing how to drive in and where to park.

We rented the apartment for 1 night. The apartment had an unpleasant smell, like cigarettes.The apartment has been renovated, but cleanliness is not really maintained. Kitchen:the refrigerator was dirty, and the cupboard with dishes was also unclean. There was no kettle. There were a few pots, one of which had a completely burnt and dirty bottom, and a small saucepan with a broken handle. There were only two chairs in the kitchen, both in poor condition, so we had to eat in turns. The trash bin had a lid, but it didn’t open automatically and had no handle, so you have to lift it with your finger. All the dishes had to be washed before use, as it was unpleasant to touch them in the condition they were in. Bathroom:the sink was dirty. There was no towel hanger, so if you put your towel on the washin gmachine, you couldn’t open the cabinet. There were no hangers for clothes either. Rooms:they look like in the photos, but on closer inspection, there were cobwebs and dust, and a hole in the wall. The bed—I’m not sure the bedding was clean or freshly washed. The bed had only one thin blanket. Bed creaked a lot. The sofa in the room could be unfolded, but when I removed the throw blanket that was on it, I found stains and what looked like cigarette burns, sofa itself was dirty and old. The pillows I found in the wardrobe were definitely used—there were short hairs on them, and they smelled like they had already been slept on. The pillows were worn out and didn’t hold their shape. It feels like the apartment is not being properly maintained—just rented out to recover previous renovation costs. Which is a pity, because the apartment itself is quite nice. Heating:there was no air conditioner or radiator. Maybe there’s underfloor heating, but it wasn’t turned on or didn’t work. We stayed in early November, and it was cold. There were no instructions on how to turn it on. Since we arrived late (10-11 PM), I didn’t message the owner about the heating, and we left in the morning.
