Hyper-central Newquay, sleeps 3

The location was perfect

There wasn't a hand rail on the stairs and the sofa and bed were very low making it very difficult to get up without help. The family in the flat above us were very noisy, shouting slamming things and quite worrying when the police broke the door down.

it was clean, had very good quality furnishings and looked very well looked after. location was central which was convenient.

too many stairs to get to the top floor, difficult with a toddler and luggage.

The location suited us well in terms of getting picked up for our family wedding venue, close to local restaurants, shops and other facilities, close to the beach and walking distance to the bus station. All in all, everything we wanted. Just a note for Issy, the owner. The front door lock is sticky, meaning that the lock did not move freely and the key was somewhat difficult to remove at times- I suspect some WD40 or similar would resolve the issue. But overall a great stay and thanks.

There was nothing that we didn't like.

The property is dangerous! I was on the top floor, the steps with very high that led to the apartment and there was no handrails, my visually impaired daughter and myself nearly fell down the stairs. Once when holding a new born.. the stairs were filthy and so was the settee! The single chair bed was the must uncomfortable I’ve ever experienced.. I will be contacting the Cornwall’s local council

Stay is exceptional, property is well maintained and nearby to beaches.

Very easy access, close location - very clean and exactly as advertised.

Double Bed was comfy and linen lovely but a dip in between meant we rolled into each other and your feet are raised slightly.

Perfect short break, lovely apartment

The fridge had a plate of half eaten food which I assume was from previous guests. I emailed to advise that it was no huge deal, but not particularly pleasant to be greeted with. It would not put us off staying again as apart from that the apartment was perfect.

The welcome scones, cream and jam and fresh milk.

The noise from nearby bars and clubs was appalling and went on until well after 4:00 The bed for the 3rd person was hard, too short for an adult and had to be propped up at head and foot as the mechanism was faulty.

Location was very convenient and central but with this comes noise but this can’t be helped
