There was no air conditioning, we had no access to the outdoor swimming pool

Everything was bad.

This was one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the apartment was clearly not clean and infested with cockroaches — they were in the kitchen, bathroom, and even near the beds and food area. The photos speak for themselves. We immediately contacted both Booking.com and CLASSBNB to report the situation. CLASSBNB supposedly told Booking that they had provided us with an insect product, but that is completely false — we never received anything. The conditions were unlivable, and one of the rooms was so full of insects that some of us had to sleep in the car that night. Booking confirmed they were in contact with the property, but the process was slow, and we ended up deciding to leave the apartment early and find another place to stay. We requested a refund for the remaining nights, as we did not want to continue staying in a place with such poor hygiene and misleading management. This apartment should not be available for guests until it’s properly cleaned and pest-controlled. I strongly advise future guests to avoid this property until Booking ensures that it meets basic sanitary standards.
