お湯が出ない 番地がはげててわかりにくい

The room was definitely adequate for my stay. There was a nice outdoor patio that had a mini fridge and microwave, although I did not use it. Since I was coming over for a brief diving trip, I did not need much but a little room to stay. Parking was no problem at all. It seemed to be in a nice residential neighborhood. There was a washer and dryer, I used the dryer to dry my towel after coming back from boat.

i thought it needed some updating. There was water damage in the bathroom especially around the floors, the molding was in bad shape, seems like a simple replacement. Because of this there were a lot of bugs (water bugs?) I live on Maui so I understand tropical conditions but I also treat often to try to keep them out. There was a coffee pot and filter, but no coffee itself. I inquired and about 12 hours later, the response I got was that the person would check with housekeeping….but then another two days went by and I still never got an answer. There was no place close by for coffee so I would have liked to have made it in the room. The responsiveness could have been better by the host. I would have liked some local recommendations on good places to eat or get coffee, etc.

The location of the accommodation is excellent. The accommodation is spacious and clean. Communication is easy. Considering other prices, very cost-effective. Beach towels are provided. I recommend this accomodation.

Great location as it is near the beach. Balcony space was amazing.

Walkable to a beach and free bus rides. Quiet neighborhood and easy to access.

Options for food/restaurants were limited, especially hard to find without a car.

Clean, cozy and great location

部屋はとてもキレイ。ランドリーが無料で使えるのが旅の途中だったのでかなり助かった。冷蔵庫やレンジは外にある。

カイルア-コナ地区からだいぶ離れているのでレンタカーがないとかなり不便。ゲストハウスだから仕方ないがコーヒーや紅茶のTパックくらいはあれば良かった。

Location was very good.

No luggage racks for suitcases, you had to get everything out from the floor. Not great for Seniors. All of the wooden shelves are falling off the wall. There was no information on how to log on to WiFi.

The worst experience ever. Found a lot of flying cockroaches… asked to the structure to change room and they replied (in late) that all rooms were fullybooked and that the only thing they could do was to disinfect the room for me the same day. Since on the island everything was fullybooked i had to agree with this option… once I got back in the evening I found out they didn’t come to disinfect the room. I slept for 2 nights wrapped in the sheets felling the cockroaches walking on my bed. Horrible!!! I’ve asked them explainations why they didn’t come and they disappear. I’ve asked for a refound to both the structure and booking and the structure never replied to me neither to booking. Unfortunatelly i can attach only one picture because i was too shocked to think to take pics to attach them to the review but i should have taken a good one of all of them flying in the room.

The size of the room is pretty big with a large deck patio, fridge, microwave, loads of towels, the best surprise - laundry! Location is really convenient for Manta Rays night tours. Sunset is beautiful!
