Good location--short walk to a shore access spot, and a short drive to groceries, coffee, beach, etc. Easy entry. Straightforward check-in. We liked that a hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, single-cup coffee maker, water boiler, AC, and smart TV were available. Water was hot. Shower was sufficient. Deck was lovely. Only drawbacks were a too-soft bed and thin walls. (And if we're being really picky, the wall shelves were super titled, and a few drawers were a little shoddy, but no biggie.)

"This is one room in a reconfigured house. Clean, basic place to stay and did the job for one night."

Considering the cost of accommodations on the Big Island of Hawaii, this is a good deal. Stayed in Unit_B one night to be closer to the Airport. The place is in a nice neighborhood.
It did not have what was advertised for Unit_B (there was no microwave or fridge). The sink fixture was loose, but worked.

"Sunset Shores is comfortable, beautiful, quiet, and it is close to town, the beach and the airport."

We had only one night there as we had to leave for the airport early in the morning. We wished we had more time there to hang out on the deck and relax. It was beautiful, clean, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely recommend Sunset Shores!
