The property had not been cleaned and in a bad state. None of the beds were made. Bed linen bundled on floor. The mattresses leaning against the WALLS! Property above a pizza shop. Parking was on road very busy had to park one road down and had to have a permit. On arriving at 4:00 - the shock of seeing the property and then having to find alternative accommodation turned out to be the most stressful time of my life. Had to find a hotel for the night and frantically find another property for 13 nights when my friend of 79 was due to arrive from France.

Cleanness and location , able to host our pets.

Claimed it had high speed internet , easy to log on to it but zero connection to internet , tried several things but we all tried without success, no external connection.
