Location suited us for one night while touring. Excellent instructions for accessing property. Comfortable lounge area and big TV in bedroom. Great kitchen facilities and fresh milk provided.

Unkept pathway and sheds and caravans full of junk that you walk past a bit off putting on arrival but were relieved the flat was clean and tidy. Only mirror was in the bathroom.

Confusing to find the actual cottage.

Proximity to Dinton Pastures was ideal. Space vs cost meant good value for money. Very helpful host who lives on-site.

Bedroom window didn’t close or lock and front door felt unsecure, was a little concerned when out for the day. Parking along the street is challenging but possible. Traffic noise and machinery at night very audible from bedroom, not helped by window not closing.

Was a good location for where we needed to be for a wedding we were attending.

The accommodation was tidy but not clean, looked like it had been recenly painted as there was paint smeared over the coffee table and a damp smell in the accommodation. The parking was a bit of a nightmare as no specific parking spaces so ended up having to park quite a way up the road on Saturday night as road was full of cars and vans. There was no wardrobes in the property and no hooks on the doors to hang clothes as they were broken. The only mirror in the property was over the sink in the bathroom which was too high up for me to see in so had to use my own small travel mirror to do my make up and hair (we were there for a wedding) so was a bit of a struggle. Walking to the apartment was not a great experience going through a garden then past 2 caravans then into a small unkempt courtyard to access the accommodation. The noise from the road kept us awake both nights. Would not rebook. Very dissapointing.

A great space away from home with comfortable bed, kitchen area, bathroom and compact living/dining space. Host also provided hairdryer when I asked to borrow one which was helpful. I loved being so close to Dinton pastures for a daily walk after work and easy access via bus into Wokingham - all info provided by the host.

I would have liked a shower mat in the bath and a bath mat to ensure safety and not stepping onto floor (i used a towel!). There was no teatowel or washing up liquid, which again would've been helpful. Instructions on using the TV as sometimes I could get it to work and others not! These are very small things, but would have made the stay more comfortable. I struggled with the noise from being so close to the A329m but thankfully had earplugs!
