Mini-hotel in the heart of Kiev

This place doesn’t deserve any penny

My stay at "Mini-Hotel Kyiv of the Heart" was a nightmare. The experience was beyond disappointing; it was unsafe, unsanitary, and downright distressing. Upon arrival, the lack of signage made finding the hotel an ordeal, wasting valuable time and causing unnecessary stress. Entering the room only worsened matters. The space was unkempt, emitting a foul odor that permeated the air. The bedding was dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The staff's attitude was appalling—impolite and dismissive, with an arrogant demeanor that further exacerbated the situation. Feeling unsafe and uncomfortable, I made the difficult decision to leave the hotel, enduring a panic attack in the process. Despite the ordeal, there was no compensation offered for the distressing experience. "Mini-Hotel Kyiv of the Heart" is a place to avoid at all costs, failing to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality and guest comfort.

The photos does not correspond to reality, in real all the furniture is old and need maintenance!!! The hotel located in basement and my room has a window with underground pipes out!!! Also I booked a room with private bathroom but when I arrived I was given a room with shared bathroom !!!! It was late and I had a baby with me so I had no choice but to stay for a night but next day I left despite the fact that I booked 2 nights!!!! Horrible horrible experience !!!!! The only thing was good is the woman that Met us at the reception she was really kind

Misinformation about the hotel details !!! They did not return any money, even that they gave me the cheaper room with shared bathroom! Even no apologies I have received !!!! Bad place to stay

Second time here and if not corona would have destroyed my travel plans, I would have stayed here again in April. Really good and cheap place
