Appartamento ampio e in ordine, ad un prezzo ragionevole; Zona tranquilla, con possibilità di parcheggio.

Alcuni dettagli: pulizia migliorabile, impianto riscaldamento non chiaro, soffione doccia da sistemare, finestre non tutte efficienti; per la raccolta differenziata sarebbe utile avere diversi contenitori. La cassetta per il ritiro delle chiavi era difettosa. Non grandi problemi, ma migliorabile!

Camas grandes y cómodas. Cerca del centro. Se puede aparcar al lado de la casa.

La casa se supone que tenía parking pero había un coche en medio ocupando dos plazas. Llamamos para avisar y nos dijeron que lo iban a solucionar pero al final no lo hicieron, tuvimos que aparcar en otro sitio y esperar a que una pareja de inquilinos que conocimos se fuera al día siguiente para que nos dejaran su sitio.

"excellent price / performance ratio"

I liked the spaciousness of the apartment. Also the well-equipped kitchen was great. Communication with the host was superb.

The only thing we missed were some hooks or shelves for towels in the bathroom.

"Nice appartment close to city centre"

The appartment is very close to city centre for good price. It has private parking in backyard. Also it has radiator which was very good sicne we were cought in rain day before. Beds are very comfortable.

It was hard to find enterence. The shower head is still not fixed even though there are comments from a year ago.

La proximité du centre ville. Appartement spacieux bien équipé avec place de parking privative et gratuite. Environnement calme.

Certains équipements sont un peu vieillissant (fuite au niveau du pommeau de douche, la TV ne fonctionne pas).
