Great location. Lovely flat. Excellent instructions and communication. We messaged about a couple of minor things wrong and they were ready to deal with these immediately
We didn't mind these but others might Railway directly below obviously means train noise Fabulous sea views but there is a working port in between flats and sea so we quite liked the activity but again others may not As already reported - single beds squeaky!

Loved the location, great instructions of how to find it. Loved the little welcome package and the fact that essentials were provided. View was great and sitting out on the balcony was the best!
A little noisy when the trains went past, but you can’t do anything to change that.

Key easy accessible and key code to carpark. Instructions to property really comprehensive and useful. Lovely thoughtful complementary pack.
Bit difficult manoeuvring wheelchair and walker through two lift on different floors.But we managed it.

A beautiful warm, modern & spacious apartment with stunning views of Teignmouth & Shaldon. Private underground parking for 2 vehicles. Separate Key code entrance to car park & apartment so felt very safe & secure. Excellent communication with the owners & very clear entrance instructions given before arrival. Scones/clotted cream/jam/milk/tea/coffee & sugar were a lovely welcome gesture. There is a also a coffee machine complete with various types of coffee & creamer. Very well equipped kitchen including washer/dryer & dish washer. The only thing we couldn't find was a can opener, no doubt it was staring us straight in the face! Large family bathroom with bath & shower & en suite shower room in master bedroom. Both bath & shower have a handrail & shower mats. We took my elderly mum & she was able to shower safely with these aids. The apartment was perfect for her, with lift access & all on one level. There is a comfortable sofa & chairs on the large balcony with stunning views. We did not want to leave!
One of the single beds was missing a matress protector & the matress was stained.
