Free private parking. Barely passable for a quick overnight stay.

The room was so cold on arrival I had to sit in a jacket, heating completely turned off in the middle of the winter. The host said the guests usually complained about the heat (?). Mold in bathtub, no curtain so water can splash everywhere, rust on heating ladder. Hairs on the bed sheets. Very poor sound insulation, could hear every word from TV from the apartment next door. Looks like it hasn't been renovated for at least 20 years. Simply can't imagine how this apartment has a 9.9 rating.
