"Really nice vacation home on the hill"

Property is located in quiet area on the hill, decently distanced from other houses with beautiful view on surrounding hills. The house is located practically on one level with only garage and storage area below. Layout is comfortable with plenty of space and nicely separated day and night areas. Pool is of decent size with 10 meters-long swimming area and nice relaxation area with sunbeds. As house location is very quiet it is also close the restaurants, shops and other amenities considering you have a car, what in my opinion is absolute must for this property.

As the house is generally speaking clean, well equipped and pretty comfy you need to be aware that it is neither brand new nor meticulously maintained. For example, closing main terrace doors is pretty opaque for current standards, garage door had tendency to malfunction and majority of bathroom equipment has its' best days behind.
