Odlična komunikacija s iznajmljivacem, cijena je dobra. Kreveti su čisti.

Apartman općenito i nije bas cist. Wc dasku smo same čistije jer je bilo fleka, te kad smo ušle na podu je bio mrtvi žohar. Općenito se vidi da nije detaljno čišćeno duže vrijeme.
