"Very disappointing."

Location and view from balcony

Apartment was very dated in areas the second bedroom in particular was not anywhere near the standard we would expect. There was a hole in the bathroom door , simple things like bulbs nor working , clock not working , filthy sofa arms , some fixtures and fittings in poor condition. We did report to the agent and they said they knew and were looking to make some changes.
