"It was alright."

House was neat and tidy.
There was no iron, and it stated there was iron. We rang host several times and got her to bring us one but it took ages. Poor communication.

The property was exceptionally clean with many basic supplies provided such as tea, coffee washing up equipment etc. it was in a nice area and a great place to stay for quick access to Birmingham University
There are steep stairs to the upper floor. And step and into the main living room and kitchen. It was fine for myself but could be tricky for anyone with restricted mobility

The house was very tidy and nicely designed. The small touches like welcome drinks and a manual to read was very nice! The beds in particular were extremely comfortable, I had a very good night's sleep whilst there.
Perhaps the location wasn't the best, but it suited our needs fine whilst staying for a few days. For things to eat, there wasn't much around.
