First of all, the location is excellent. We were able to walk everywhere. The room was spotless and very clean. There is a little noise from outside, but it wasn’t disturbing at all. Everything was great. In fact, this room had the best air conditioning I’ve ever experienced! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Toen ik incheckte bleek de airco niet te werken (dag 1). Hoewel opgelost na meerdere uren gaf dit veel onrust vanwege communicatie daarover. Op dag 3 was er geen warm water meer. Idem. Ik heb koud gedoucht. In de avond ook opgelost. Dag erna was er een grote lekkage waarbij het water op het bed viel. Idem. Ze hebben het alleen dicht geplamuurd. Het team per app was zeer behulpzaam en alert. Alle credits voor ze. Ik weet zeker dat dit de problemen zijn van dit appartement, want de afhandeling leek routine. Ik had geen onbezorgde vakantie door al deze problemen. Alleen na aanvraag van mij voor wat compensatie (mijn voorstel 1 dag van de prijs af t.w.v. 150 euro) werd dit wel gehonoreerd, maar helaas alleen als vouchers op booking die je niet altijd kan inzetten. Al met al geen aanrader dit.

The apartment is very noisy. The air conditioning and the refrigerator both make a lot of noise. Since the apartment is on the lower floor, it is also extremely loud because there are restaurants just around the corner. People watch football and drink late into the night, so if you open the window even a little, it becomes impossible to sleep. The biggest issue, however, was the cleanliness. The apartment was very dirty upon arrival—there was dust everywhere and a lot of hair. The bathroom smelled of humidity, and the shower was very dirty, with black mold present. There was even mold on the walls where towels are usually kept. Because of this, I had to leave my towels outside the bathroom, on the staircase railing (banister). Unfortunately, those were also very dusty, so the towels ended up covered in dust as well. I contacted the owner to ask about the cleaning schedule, as I didn’t want to complain on the first day. I was told that no cleaning would be provided during my entire stay (10 nights)—no towel changes, no bed linen changes. If I wanted cleaning, I had to pay around €50. I explained that the apartment was already dirty from the beginning, which is why I asked. The response I received was very disappointing—passive-aggressive and sarcastic. Communication was the worst part: mostly standard messages, but when they replied personally, the tone was rude and aggressive. They simply told me to contact them only if I wanted to pay for cleaning. Overall, the stay was very unpleasant due to the poor cleanliness and the way communication was handled. I ended up cleaning the apartment myself, and by the time I checked out, it was actually cleaner than when I arrived.

Un ambiente minimalista de buen gusto , donde había de todo lo necesario y su ubicación excelente !

Un detalle , muy chicos los espacios de velador y baño para dejar las cosas

Appartement entièrement refait récemment, confortable. Le plus, terrasse sur le toit. Bien équipé. Il est situé à 20 mn à pied de la Gilda. Tout à côté d une station de taxi, 26 € le forfait pour l aéroport. Nous reviendrons. Séville est une ville magnifique !

Penser à mettre des prises anti moustiques :)

Le logement entièrement rénové est idéalement placé pour visiter Séville à pied. Très bien équipé pour passer un super séjour : literie extra, cuisine équipée, design soigné. Proche des restaurants, des boutiques,...Tout est parfait, je recommande ++.

Je cherche ??

L’appartement est parfaitement situé : juste à côté d’une grande place avec des cafés et pas loin des zones plus touristiques. Logement agréable et confortable
