Super clean. Easy checkin. Coffee shops very close. Walkable to the cathedral and Alcazaar.

This property was exactly as advertised. Relatively small rooms, but it had everything we needed and was clean and organized well. Communication with staff was quick and easy, and very accommodating. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The apartment was clean.

Far too much humidity in the apartment. Tried to air it out but nothing worked. Also no instructions were given how to access the apartment. I waited an hour outside until someone from the office responded to me.

The place was spacious and even though it lacked natural light, there were many options to light the place up to your liking. All of the kitchen utensils seem quite new.

If you get assigned to the ground floor apartment, there will be a damp smell that is camouflaged by an air freshener, but you must leave the window open to actually have air. The bathroom was not properly cleaned when we got there. (there is mold in the shower wall that can easily be cleaned). there is an issue with ventilation as well. Since there is no proper one (or window) your towels just won't dry. The area is very noisy at night, so make sure you pack earplugs if you want to sleep. Although it's comfy to have an electronic lock, the main entrance lock is too loud, it buzzes for some seconds. So again, if you have the ground floor room, it will disrupt your sleep. We make all of these comments in a respectful manner and understand that maybe if you get an upper floor room, some of these things won't be an issue, but it's unfortunate that you can't choose. Price is not the most economic so, sadly, it's not a good value deal.

Good location, felt very safe, very clean, good facilities (cleaning supplies, washing machine)

Shower leaks quite a lot, the balcony pictured is only available to one apartment which we weren’t aware of.

Host was great and always online, ready to help. We had an issue with hot water and they organized people to fix the problem ASAP
