Do not be fooled by the "family culture and human needs" manifesto this place markets online to justify its premium prices. It is a commercial business hiding behind a hippie facade, and the reality is a massive disappointment. ​ First, the infrastructure cannot handle the capacity. If just 2 or 3 people are showering or using the kitchen at the same time, the water pressure drops to zero. I was literally left standing there with soap all over me, unable to rinse off. For the price they charge, basic working plumbing should not be a luxury. ​ Second, the service culture is toxic. Management relies on unpaid "volunteer" staff who lack basic hospitality ethics. They treat the common areas like their private living room and paying guests like an inconvenience. After checking out, I left my bags in good faith. When I returned to collect them, the staff aggressively badgered me and several other international guests about exactly what time we were leaving, creating a hostile, "get out" atmosphere. ​When I privately emailed management to highlight this, I was met with a defensive, gaslighting response claiming their hostility was just a "friendly question." As a User Experience Researcher and hospitality host myself, I know the difference between "managing space" and pure arrogance. ​They want corporate-level profits but provide amateur, defensive service and broken infrastructure. If you want a reliable shower and to be treated with mutual respect as an adult traveler, avoid this place.

Loved this place. Guys are adding many beautiful details to all around. Place is super clean, everything is on place. Guys on reception were always ready to help. Place is walking closely to the centre, and busses, trains. Many cafes are around
