The property was clean and had basic amenities for 1 night stay. If you like to walk, this place is a decent distance from convenience stores, eateries, gas station, church, and the mall. Would recommend.

This is the first time I write a negative review. I asked the owner before booking that the festival happens at her town on exact date, I never mentioned other festival or other dates. She gave a thump up then I understood it's correct. I was upset when I came there, I knew the festival is 30km from her place. If I knew it earlier, I would have never booked at her place. I asked her to refund but she didn't. I booked her room more than one month in advance, and she offered me to choose the room that I like, she sent a room's pictures but when I came, she didn't keep it for me. (She didn't say if it's available). She deleted whatsapp chat and didn't take note so how can she remember? The room is spacious but the bathroom is tiny, after taking shower, the toilet tank always get wet. No hot shower, no water at midnight on the first night when I went to toilet. The AC is old and just like a fan, and the ac is outside bedroom so it's just like a fan room even they cleaned the ac filter. The AC wastewater run out in front of the door. They have other room for me but no water supply, only from 4am-8am. Whatever she said were just excuses. I have chat history to prove what she said before
