"Nice hotel staff not that helpful"

The accomodation was really great, clean and big room but the toilet was blocked. We tried to get staff to help but found it very difficult.

Once we had checked in the staff were trying to avoid us. I think this is because of the language barrier but meant that we couldn’t get any help even when trying to get a beer or with the room.

We stayed here during a motorbike trip to Da Lat. -Good to stay here, room has enough comfort for 1 or 2 nights. It is more like a hotel, than a homestay. -Very friendly and helpful staff.

-No noise insolation. (Remember, this is not europe or the usa) -Our room was very drafty (windy) because the door has a big gap with the floor.
