Non abbiamo potuto pernottare nella struttura e siamo stati costretti a prenotare un hotel per tutta la durata del soggiorno.. Condizioni igieniche pessime: lenzuola non cambiate, bagni sporchi, asciugamani messi ad asciugare sulla ringhiera mentre nel palazzo erano presenti impalcature per lavori, cucina sporca, insetti morti nei lampadari, finestra rotta, docce che perdevano, mobili danneggiati e forte odore di muffa. Host totalmente irreperibile; dopo aver segnalato la struttura a Booking.com siamo stati presi in giro e minacciati. Esperienza estremamente negativa. Da evitare assolutamente!

- the Host, Charles is very helpful, polite and informative guy, easily contactable by WhatsApp - he kindly provided us with anything that we thought was missing (e.g. extra duvet, some sharper knives, musli bowl) in about a day's time - the flat lies in a friendly, normal neighborhood, with very few people moving around on foot - you might need a car or expect a 10-minute walk to the underground station, and at least 30-40 minutes ride even to the nearest London sights (vacant seats are mostly available, so you can sit even when in four) - the flat lies near an extremely busy street but is itself very quiet - the place has 3 larger beds and one relatively short sofa, and is thus ideal for 3-5 people, depending on whether you prefer sleeping alone or can put two people in the same bed (smaller kids maybe; my two teenage girls, tall ones, preferred to have a bed each) - I wouldn't advise it for 4 tall people (185+ cm), for example, if they wanted to sleep separately - the bedroom beds had a very soft mattresses, the central bed and sofa were more hard to lie on - we visited in April, and the adjustable heating was adequate, nice and cozy in the central part (kitchen+small living room), and more like acceptable at the two ends - the duvets were very welcomingly warm though! :) - the window in one of the bedrooms needed fixing (it had problems with being shut) but the Host promised to take care of it - - the nearby Polish groceries are enough for very basic needs (milk, bread, some vegetables, canned foods) but we preferred buying stuff in larger stores along the underground line with considerably greater selection - the flat is well equipped, -I recommended the place, we had a pleasant 2-week stay there.

A toaster, a hair-dryer and maybe a coupl of more pots for people who cook (we didn't) would be a nice addition.

When we are already en route the host cancelled (i.e. after full payment had been taken). We had arranged to meet him there at midday to collect keys. He called us to say there was a problem : The previous visitors were refusing to leave and they had changed the locks and the police could not help. There was nothing he could do but he would refund me (£353). Two weeks later I have not received the refund and he refuses to respond to my (polite) emails. Initially we did feel sorry for him! Even though we had to book something else at v short notice through a different site. Avoid at all costs.

Really friendly host, he let us check in earlier than planned. Lovely spacious flat, everything you need. Brilliant location for wembley arena, just a short Uber away. Would definitely recommend.

Really cute appartment ...spacious with the balcony. Close to the metro and really easy to come to the city. 2 bathrooms is a big plus!

We wanted to arrive a little earlier than the check in time and the host was kind enough to allow us in early. I really appreciate that.
