Do local que é muito simples, dos 3 andares de escada e de ser ao lado de um cemitério.

We had a terrible experience with this property. We arrived and waited outside the apartment with no check-in instructions, despite messaging the host. Eventually, we had to call Booking.com, who finally sent us the check-in info at 6:23 PM — more than two hours after the 4 PM check-in time. I was traveling with two babies, and it was raining, which made the situation even more stressful. While we were waiting, two men were watching us the entire time, standing next to my car and passing by multiple times. I felt extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. To make matters worse, there were homeless people living in a tent right next to the building. When I finally received the instructions to retrieve the key from a rusty lockbox on a street pole, far from the building and exposed to the elements, the same two men approached me and spoke in an unfriendly way. I was scared and unable to open the lockbox quickly. At that point, I didn’t feel safe continuing. We got back into our car, tried to call the host (no answer), then called Booking.com again — who also couldn’t reach the host after multiple tries. Out of desperation, we left and stayed at an airport hotel. I never entered the apartment and immediately requested a refund or at least a partial refund. The host refused, claiming they had provided check-in information “in a timely manner” — 2 hours and 23 minutes late — and offered no support or understanding. Please be aware: if you ever need assistance from the host, they are unresponsive, unhelpful, and possibly inexperienced (they also couldn’t find the passport data I submitted in advance). If you care about safety and communication — I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.

Everything was great! Our host took excellent care of everything, and we truly loved the experience. While it's a bit farther from the city center, Uber is very affordable in Portugal. Personally, I really enjoyed exploring the lovely neighborhood of Benfica, and a quick ride would get me right into the center. The apartment was very clean and super cozy. I would highly recommend it!

O apartamento era confortável, limpo e aconchegante. Minha família sentiu-se em casa. A anfitriã atendeu todas as nossas necessidades e deu informações de turismo na cidade. O bairro dispõe de facilidades como shopping e restaurantes e há transporte público de fácil acesso próximo ao apartamento.

No hay ascensor, el cuarto de baño pequeño es demasiado pequeño. Los televisores no se conectaban a la WiFi

A falta da informação do endereço correto do apto atrapalhou a chegada dos táxis Falta de elevador causou dificuldades para uma pessoa idosa e para uma com pé quebrado São 48 degraus para subir
