USUSUSUSUSIt was great the room was very big.
The only thing was that I had to keep asking for toilet paper each day. I found two bugs in the bed which I killed. But it thi know if they would clean the room. Each day, and not every other day I would not have to ask everyday tp. But 5/7 happy hours was great.

USWe had a very bad experience with this hotel. We had made a reservation a month and a half in advance because we had an event near the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel at 5:10 p.m. to check in, we identified ourselves at the front desk, and they simply told us, “We canceled your reservation, but we relocated you to another hotel 20 minutes away.” That’s unacceptable!!! And the manager didn’t even apologize or anything—she just handed us a paper with the address of the other hotel. It was a very important event, and we arrived an hour late because of the hotel’s lack of professionalism.
